Thanks for the blazing speed Bell. It is awesome…

It is almost as awesome as the hours I spent on the phone with tech support on three separate occasions this week trying to get the connection to hold for more than 3 minutes at a time. Yes, I made sure the wires were connected before I called.

It is almost as awesome as getting disconnected every time it rains, snows, or is windy.

It is almost as awesome as the 4 modems that they shipped that never made it to our house. Amazingly the bills made it without a problem…. 4 of them on the same day.

It is almost as awesome as …put the filter on…. take the filter off… put the filter on….. take the filter off……

It is almost as awesome as getting overcharged for 6 month, no matter how many times they fixed the error.

It is almost as awesome as waiting at home all day for a technician……..and him not showing.

It is almost as awesome as the time I took a day off work for the service tech…… and he called from Barrie (at least 4 hours away) saying he will be here in 15.

It is almost as awesome as the times we have arrived home from work to find a service note on the door saying that the lines have been replaces and the internet has been repaired… And then firing up the computer and not having a connection.

It is almost as awesome as when our home phone line went dead and we were still billed for 2 months after we cancelled.

I have probably made close to 50 calls to tech support in the year and a half that we have been Bell victims. I don’t understand how they are charging so much, for such terrible service. I wish there was another option.
